Ducks!

On this first day of the first long weekend of the season, we decided to have a picnic lunch and enjoy the beautiful day.

Emma spent most of her time chasing the gulls:

Then we wandered down by the river to feed the ducks:

Although she’s only seen pictures of ducks in some of her books, Emma spontaneously called: “quack, quack!” when she saw them… Brilliant girl! ;>

    what beautiful girls! I have fond memories feeding those ducks at that same spot, so magical for little ones

    Your girls are both so delicious. Big Sister getting so big, I can remember when she was Emma’s age and Emma walking around she is so tall and growing so quickly. What a fun start to the weekend.

    Theya re too beautiful little girls. Like Beach mama I can remember BIG sister as a little one…Oh where has the time gone.
