The Emma Report

(Edited to add: For those not familiar with the martial arts, a stripe on the belt reflects the student passing a test. In our club, three black stripes and a red “tip” signifies that the student is ready for promotion to the next belt.)

Today was fairly mild by Ottawa winter standards (-7C) so we headed out to Grasshopper Hill. It turned out to be a great hill for younger kids and a perfect place for Emma’s inaugural sledding trip!
